We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at catalin.nistor.mail@gmail.com within the 14-day period.

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• All tags must be attached

• Items must be returned in original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
